Due to the new Medicaid enrollment process, many of you received mail regarding your redetermination for coverage under Medicaid, Help Plan or Healthy Montana Kids (HMK).
If your letter is stating that you need to complete steps and send some extra documentation:

Please do not disregard any mail with additional steps. Complete them within the time marked in your letters. Failure to do so will result in delays in your eligibility decision and even cancellation. If that occurs, you will need to re-apply, which can take at least 45 days.
If your letter is stating that your coverage has ended, and you believe that is a mistake:
